No-Clog Drip Stakes

These No Clog Drip Stakes are for use with hydroponic drip-watering systems. These Drip Stakes are designed with a protective basket to prevent buildup and clogs. They are 4" tall and stick perfectly into rockwool cubes or grow rocks for intermittent or constant watering. They are not pressure compensating, so they will not clog. They fit on 1/4" tubing. They are sold in bags of 10 or 50.

When making a Drip System, poly tubing is used as the main drip line. You punch holes into it using a hole punch, and then insert 1/4 connectors to attach to 1/4" vinyl tubing which is attached to your drippers or drip stakes.

A barbed end connector is used for attaching 1/4'' vinyl to 1/2'' poly tubing or for joining two pieces of micro-tubing together. Use Elbows where right angles are needed to get in and out of containers. You can use these as the end of the line to drip into plants directly when attached to a Tubing Support Stake.

Drippers are used at the end of 1/4'' vinyl tubing to control the flow of the water or nutrient solution to each individual plant site. They flow 2 gallons per hour. They maintain the same flow rates at different water pressures.

Inline Pressure Compensating Drippers

Inline Drippers are used when you need to drip water off of a 1/4'' vinyl tube, but not at the end of the tube. They are placed in-line with each other so that you do not need a separate 1/4'' vinyl tube for each plant. You should use a standard dripper at the end of the line. They are available in 1 gallon per hour.
